The National Register of Social Housing (NROSH) is a system for collecting social housing data on individual properties directly from local authorities (LAs) and housing associations (HAs).

Our software is designed to capture housing data in line with the data standards and XML schema required by the ODPM. The NROSH survey software is built using the leading housing management development tool currently available for desktop and handheld computers.

Integrated Software

Our integrated software suite can validate and submit to the main NROSH database using a standardised XML schema. Furthermore, you can collect this NROSH data on site, along with other housing data, such as decent homes, using the latest handheld technology.

Using our NROSH solution, data can be stored in your own local database system for fast business reporting or exported to legacy housing management systems.
